CCTV Policy

​

  1. Ownership. As part of InnerVision Engineering Pty Ltd.’s (the “Company”) parking solution services, the Company operates a CCTV surveillance system (the “Cameras”) that captures images in the proximity of the Cameras. The Cameras are owned and managed either by the Company or by third-party service providers such as municipalities and parking lot owners and operators.

  2. Purpose. The Cameras are installed on streets, on buildings, and in other public spaces intended to photograph roads or parking areas and identify number plates/occupied/vacant parking spaces etc (the “Beyond Park Services & Access Mate Services”).

  3. Scope and Location. This policy applies to the cameras being utilized in the course of the InnerVision. Effective placement of cameras is critical to the provision and success of InnerVision.

  4. Compliance. Footage obtained from the Cameras does include recognizable individuals or license plate numbers. Nevertheless, the Company has submitted an application for registration of the database of images collected by the Cameras (the “Database”), and such application has been accepted. In addition, the Company has implemented industry-standard security measures to protect any personally identifiable data collected, stored or otherwise processed by the Company.

  5. Signage. Cameras are located at strategic points on streets, buildings and public spaces so as to photograph parking spaces. Signage is prominently placed adjacent to the area covered by the Cameras notifying pedestrians and members of the public that CCTV equipment is in use. Such signage includes contact details for further information.

  6. Operation. The cameras are operational, and footage can record twenty-four hours per day, throughout the entire year.

  7.  Footage Retention. No footage and/or any other information derived from the Cameras is stored for longer than is required for the stated purpose.

  8. Access to Footage. Access to the footage is restricted to the Company's employees who need to have access to provide the Beyond Park & Access Mate service. The footage will not be made available to any third parties unless required.

  9. Transfer of Footage. the Company may transfer the footage in connection with providing the Beyond Park & Access Mate Service as follows:

    1. Subsidiaries/Affiliates/Service Providers – the Company may transfer the footage to its local or foreign subsidiaries, affiliated companies or service providers for the purpose of storing or processing such footage on the Company’s behalf. The footage may be transferred to other countries. The Company requires that such parties agree to process such footage in compliance with the Company’s privacy policy, which is available at https://www.beyondpark.com.au/privacy 

    2.  Change of Control – In the event of a change of control in the Company and/or sale or transfer of any part of its business, the footage may be transferred to the third party who will acquire the control in the Company and/or any part of the company’s business. Note, that such a third party may be located anywhere in the world.

  10.  Data Subject Inspection Rights. Data subjects may address requests for inspecting their data or user concerns or complaints over use of the cameras by sending an email to: privacy@innervision.engineering . A response will be provided promptly and meet its privacy and terms and conditions timeframe.

  11. Database Administrator and Company Contact: The appointed Database administrator is Mr Benjamin Harnett; e-mail: support@Innervision.engineering (the “Database Admin”). The Database Admin shall act as the first point of contact for all inquiries relevant to the cameras and shall ensure that only predetermined authorized personnel obtain access to the Database.
